In the event of goods being delivered damaged we do of course offer replacement/refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask for photos of damage and then advise return and refund/replacement details. Shipping and delivery within Australia is included. We endeavour swift delivery yet please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
