5C Model

In leading dozens of tours across Europe, including side trips to points of interest such as Amsterdam’s diamond merchants, I discovered the 5C model associated with value assessment of the finished, polished, products.
Continuous ongoing study married with practical business experience in behavioral sciences, talent development and leadership, culminates in the following bespoke model towards performance. Pragmatic tools, provoking response, choice and action, have been developed to bring the 5C model from rough-cut theory to gleaming radiant life.
Each of the 5 facets is underpinned by significant research. Notably worth a mention would be the toil of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. His life work and study of happiness and creativity led him to architect a theory known as ‘flow’.
